This Services Policy outlines how CityWeb, formerly City Web Company, delivers digital marketing services to our clients. Please review this policy to understand our approach to service delivery, project management, and client relationships.

Service Engagement

All services provided by CityWeb are governed by a signed service agreement or statement of work. No services begin until both parties have agreed to the scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees outlined in writing. Verbal agreements are not binding until confirmed in writing.

Project Delivery

CityWeb follows a structured delivery process:

  • Discovery: We analyze your current online presence, competitors, market, and goals to develop a strategy tailored to your business.
  • Strategy: A detailed plan is presented outlining the approach, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Build: Our team executes on the agreed-upon scope — whether it is a new AI-powered website, an SEO campaign, content marketing, or a growth plan.
  • Review: We present completed work for your feedback and make revisions within the scope of the agreement.
  • Launch: Once approved, we launch the work and begin ongoing optimization and reporting.

AI-Assisted Services

CityWeb uses artificial intelligence tools to accelerate research, content planning, design iterations, and data analysis. All AI-generated work is reviewed, refined, and approved by human strategists before delivery. AI is a tool we use to improve speed and quality — it does not replace human judgment, business context, or strategic oversight.

Revisions and Scope Changes

Each service agreement defines a specific number of revision rounds. Work beyond the agreed scope requires a change order and may involve additional fees. We communicate any scope changes clearly and obtain written approval before proceeding with additional work.

Timelines

Project timelines are estimated at the start of each engagement. Timelines depend on client responsiveness, feedback turnaround, and the complexity of the project. Delays caused by client inaction or late feedback are not the responsibility of CityWeb. We communicate timeline adjustments proactively.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing timely feedback and approvals.
  • Supplying all necessary content, images, logos, and brand assets in the requested format.
  • Granting access to relevant accounts (Google Analytics, Google Business Profile, social media, domain registrar, hosting) when needed for service delivery.
  • Ensuring all provided content is accurate and does not infringe on third-party rights.

Confidentiality

CityWeb treats all client information, business data, and strategy documents as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties except as necessary to deliver services (for example, with hosting providers or analytics platforms). We are happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement upon request.

Reporting

Monthly reports are provided for ongoing services including SEO, content marketing, and growth plans. Reports include key metrics such as traffic, rankings, leads, conversions, and work completed. Report formats and frequency are defined in the service agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in each service agreement. Common terms include:

  • Project work: 50% deposit to begin, 50% upon completion and before launch.
  • Monthly services: Invoiced on the first of each month, net 15 days.
  • Late payments: May result in paused services until the account is current.

All fees are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation terms are defined in each service agreement. Commonly:

  • One-time project work: Deposits are non-refundable. Work completed beyond the deposit amount is billed accordingly.
  • Monthly recurring services: Require 30 days written notice to cancel. No refunds for partial months.

Results and Performance

CityWeb is committed to delivering real, measurable results for our clients. However, digital marketing outcomes depend on many factors beyond our control — including market conditions, competition, algorithm changes, and client responsiveness. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or lead counts. We guarantee that we will execute the agreed-upon scope with skill, diligence, and transparency.
